Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt.

To process your claim, we will need photos or videos of the product before issuing a refund.

Once we have received the defective product, please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement. We will arrange the return shipping after approval via email. No additional delivery charges will apply for exchanges.

Please note, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported after the 72-hour period.

Products Purchased During Sales

Regrettably, items purchased during discount promotions or sample sales are not eligible for return or refund.
